BLACK SEVEN presents the 2nd Annual Thanksgiving PUNK ROCK FOOD DRIVE with Black Seven. Sic Waiting, Generator, LeperKhanz, The Walking Toxins, Nuthin Speshl, G.F.I., The Go-Sheilas, Trouble in the Wind, and The Tractormen.
This is a free show so we ask that you give back to this truly awesome community and bring at least two (2) cans of food to benefit the NORTH COUNTY FOOD BANK.
We will be collecting food at the door to help the less fortunate in our community. Canned foods, non-perishables, and personal care items would greatly benefit this event.
Here is a list of items that are most useful:
- Canned Fruit & Vegetables
- Canned Tuna Fish
- Stews & Chili
- Soups
- Peanut Butter
- Rice
- Dried beans
- Pasta
- Cereal
We also challenge everyone to collect food at their places of work, parties, from neighbors, from roommates, whoever and wherever.
There will be collections bins at Bar Leucadian and Spin Records the week of November 6th.
ALSO, there will be tons of prizes from local businesses such as: American Tattoo, BJ's, Zildjian, T.U.K. Shoes, Upper Crust Pizza, DGK Skateboards, SinSations, Bull Taco, Detour Salon, Flashbacks, Encinitas Surfboards, Decade Rideshop, Gianni's Pizza, Khiro Skateboards, Spin Records, Loser Machine, Jamroc, Mother Earth Brew Co., with more goodies to come...
