We had such a great time celebrating this year's Punk Rock Food Drive campaign at Legacy Brewing Company on November 9th. All the bands killed it, the vendor and food setup was especially rad this year. Such a cool mix of familiar faces and friends we haven't seen in a while, new relationships and a couple pre-K kids out there ready to shred a circle pit!

Each annual Punk Rock Food Drive event becomes more of a months-long collaborative effort in this great community and this year was no different. This was actually our 19th PRFD when you add up all the Spring and Summer shows we've done and we raised more food than we have at any previous event. 2,100 pounds was raised at Legacy Brewing, Vista Fitness Boot Camp -WEST raised 852 pounds, Allscripts in Escondido raised 445 pounds, and Pacific Academy Encinitas raised 188 pounds.

That adds up to 3,640 pounds of food!

Such a tremendous gift for our hungry neighbors!

$3,850 was raised through admission, PRFD merch sales, raffles, auctions, Señor Grubby's fundraisers, and direct donations from businesses and individuals!

After you do a little bit of fancy food math, this year's PRFD campaign raised over 22,000 meals for the San Diego Food Bank's North County Food Bank!

It's hard to put the gratitude and appreciation we feel from everyone's continued support into a digestible message like this. Instead, we will try to keep throwing it back into each future event we organize.
